What you will do
Extensively work with Front end and back end sites , understand biz process, strategies and needs of the sites.
Define the Target Architecture for Smart Manufacturing for both Front-End and Back-End that enables sites to achieve their strategic objectives.
Develop an aligned roadmap for smart manufacturing together with ITBP and sites.
Working together and aligning with Smart Manufactoring Program Team, Enterprise Architecture Board, Project Management Office and related IT teams for Smart Manufacturing Architecture
Define, execute and responsible for Architecture Governance process for Smart Manufacturing
What you will need
Minimum 5 years experience as Enterprise Architect in MNC
At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor / Electronic Manufacturer(s)
Broadbased knowledge of IT Systems and processes including MES, quality management system, equipment integrationm HMI , automation tools, integrating sensors , real time control, real time dispatch , AI/ML and its application in digital factories etc
TOGAF Certified, experience in applying TOGAF for Enterprise-wide Architecture
Solid experience in implementing Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing program / project in MNC
Practical knowledge in Archimate tool and should have implemented architecture documentation using Archimate tool.
