This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining UiPath and Power Automate workflows that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across the organization.If you're passionate about process automation and enjoy working closely with business stakeholders to turn manual workflows into seamless automated solutions, this opportunity is for you.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Automation DesignCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing workflows.Identify opportunities for automation and design RPA solutions aligned with business goals.Translate process requirements into detailed automation designs and documentation.RPA DevelopmentDevelop and implement automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).Build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable automation scripts.Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and applications.Quality Assurance & TestingConduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing and production.Reporting, Documentation & AnalysisPrepare comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, logs, and reports.Monitor and track automation deliverables and project progress.Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the automation team.Support & MaintenanceProvide ongoing support for deployed automations, including troubleshooting incidents and implementing preventive measures.Collaborate with team members to ensure business continuity and consistent service quality.Stay updated with the latest RPA and AI trends, sharing best practices and emerging techniques.💼 Technical Skills & CompetenciesMust Have:Microsoft O365 Cloud Services: SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop), Power BI, OneDriveRPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation HubGood to Have:Programming: Python, C#, VB.NET, VBSMethodologies: Agile Scrum, KanbanTools: Git, Azure DevOpsKnowledge in AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Automations🎓 QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.3-4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.Skilled in designing and developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.Strong expertise in UiPath workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation.Experience with OCR or Document Understanding solutions is a plus.Solid understanding of software development best practices.UiPath Certification preferred.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating them with RPA workflows is an advantage.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.🌱 Desirable TraitsProactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Eager to explore new automation technologies and continuously improve processes.🚀 Ready to transform business processes through automation?
