Job Title: Sr. Reporting
Job Description The Coordinator Reporting is responsible for managing and maintaining PC databases for Statistics in a call center environment. This position creates and maintains standard client reporting to fulfill contractual reporting obligations and standard organizational reporting to aid operations management in making informed decisions.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities• Generate standard reports from internal and client systems and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
Maintain and enhance existing databases, reports, and graphs to meet the reporting customers' needs
Add and enhance existing reports and graphs making minor report modifications
Perform testing of new reports
Partner with business to communicate, coordinate the retrieval, processing and distribution of reports• Develop and maintain efficient performance reporting processes, databases and structure integrityCandidate Profile• Associate's Degree in related field with one to three years of relevant experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Formal trade or technical skill training with six to twelve months directly related work experience
Good problem solving skills
Structured programming skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
Detail-orientedCareer Framework RoleHas developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
