The Sr. Quantity Surveyor CSA is responsible for supervision of Civil/Structural and Architectural and understanding written and verbal instructions, quantity take-off and estimates, initial design and cost budget, bid documentation report and evaluations of progress billing and variation orders of approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications of the project in coordination with Quantity Surveying department on various stages of project for Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection and Plumbing and Sanitary Works. Providing professional feedback to Immediate Supervisor and assist with planning and scheduling new work and in dealing with in-coming inquiries in order to provide best value and timely services to clients. Keeping up-to-date with estimating software, and working long hours to meet deadlines.
Responsible in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates and cash flow projection.
Conducts quantity take-off and estimates on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications of the project in coordination with the Cost Engineer and the Quantity Surveying Department on various stages of project:
a.) Contract Design Estimate
b.) Definitive Office Estimate
c.) Detailed Bill of Quantities; and
d.) Value Engineering.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Preferably 5 years of Construction Projects working experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation in any Contracting Firm; Ability to multitask, keen to details, team player and excellent problem solving skills.
2.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Excellent organizational and administrative skills; excellent attention to detail and methodological approach to work, knowledge of building and construction, communication and interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills, highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; "can do, will do" attitude; trustworthy and results oriented.
3.Proficient in AutoCad, BlueBeam, PlanSwift and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
