SR. QS OFFICER
 
Job Description:
Handle works with the team to administer pre-contract and post-contract assignments.
Responsible for cost plan and value engineering to help the team to control the expenditure and to ensure that the project cost is kept within the Owner's approved budget.
Responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities for each contract package, including review of all measurements of Works and pricing made by QS Assistant and QS Associates.
Advise, coordinate with, and assist the PM/CM in establishing and maintaining bid documentation and tendering procedures, Join bid conference and project meetings, analyze tender submissions, prepare bid evaluation reports, and recommend tender awards for bid negotiations.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5-8 years of construction projects working experience in a Consultancy and or Contracting Firm
Ability to Organize tasks, keen to details, team player, and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, Proactive, Team Player
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and communication skills
With moral Integrity
