QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering and other Management related courses
Preferably with at least 5 years' experience in Project Management and Supervisory role in a high volume manufacturing.
Must be able to communicate, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and making sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within the designed scope
Strong analytical, technical and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership skills and can work with minimum supervision.
Good time management and strong communication skills, sense of accountability, teamwork and fast self-learning.
Proficiency in MS office application
Demonstrated ability to solve issues effectively and efficiently

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​
Develop project plans and organize cross functional team
Manage and monitor Project Development Progress, Project Risks and Issues
Manage cross functional team's execution to keep in phase with project tasks.
Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
Performs Project Phase Evaluations, Quality Accounting and Project Closure
