As a Test Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Standardization of Probe/Final Test processes and procedures across onsemi Assembly and Test Organization, including Subcontractors
- Closely work with NPD community to ensure that NPD processes are followed for flawless release of new products
- Interact and resolve, with BU, any Customer issues relating to Probe/Final Test. Fan-out corrective actions to other products, other groups, global test methodology.
- Provide training to Probe/Final Test Manufacturing sites on standard processes/procedures.
- Support of integration of test methodology and systems (Global Test Configuration Management system)
- Support of the other onsemi test sites a 30% travel to Probe/Final Test locations may be expected.
Qualifications
- B.S. Electrical/Electronics Engineering or some years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of best practices in test methodology, good understanding of the basic statistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ability to communicate technical issues with or provide training to the engineering community, ability to present issues to local management.
