Job Description
Manage the company's Performance Management System related policies and procedures (e.g, Individual Performance Evaluation, Group Performance Evaluation, Performance Appraisal, etc)
Collaboration with Department Managers during deliberation process to ensure performance results are realistic and fair
Continuously develop performance criterias as aligned with the management strategic objectives
Manage talent retention plans thru collaboration with Recruitment and Learning and Development Departments
Supervised the process implementation for the company's Succession Plan
 
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in the development and implementation of a company's Performance Management System
Good ability in research, analysis and focus
Works with Cross-functional Teams
Self-starter
