Degree in BS Engineering (preferably ME, EE or ECE)
At least 5 years of working experience as Mold Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry
Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
Able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
Working knowledge of DOE is required
