Senior Developer will provide development / technical guidance for solutions during the specification, configuration and implementation of the MES solution, based on significant prior experience in successful implementations. The Senior Developer will also lead development efforts and mentor associate developers.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior level customer service
Gather / vet detail development requirements
Collaboratively author as-built specifications
Determine application of products and reusable components, integration of system, machine, and user interfaces, and business models to meet the business requirements
Provide senior development for implementations
Extend object and logic model based on detailed design
User Interface (UI) design and development
Custom programming to support implementation requirements (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net)
Interface development
Assists in the preparation and execution of system integration and acceptance testing of the solution
Provide upgrade services to existing clients
Well versed with all Seabrook products, "mini" apps, offerings and accelerators
Troubleshoot customer issues
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to the customer base, both internal and external
Reproduce issues in-house if necessary for troubleshooting and testing
Provide Internal support
Assist internal consulting, training and education resources as requested
Assist internal consultants with problems that arise in the course of an engagement
Documentation
Create postings to Seabrook's forum / knowledgebase that assist consultants with "self-help" troubleshooting and provide answers to common situations / errors
Assist with maintaining any relevant SOPs for job functions
Other Duties
As assigned on a project basis
Mentoring
Provide general leadership to Seabrook team in areas of expertise
Assist with training entry level consultants
Travel Required:
Consultant should be prepared to travel up to 25% of the time
Travel required based on:
Customer requirements
Milestone delivery

Desired:
3 - 5 years in a consultative role working with clients or as a systems analyst
Optional:
Experience with Medical Device or Regulated Industry
Experience with Validation and Verification
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
Windows Operating Systems
Familiar with relational databases
Writing simple SQL Statements using a database tool (like Query Analyzer, SQL Plus, Toad, etc.)
