SR. LEASING OFFICER
GENERAL DEFINITION
The main function of Sr. Leasing Officer, as their title would suggest, is to supervise the leasing of multiple commercial and residential units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential tenants.
Actively seek for prospective tenants looking to lease a property.
Affiliate with possible tenants to tour the property with the tenant, emphasizing the building's beneficial features in order attract customers and influence leases.
Must be the point person in running background checks on potential tenants to evaluate their credit status and criminal records to determine if they are eligible to occupy a building.
Ensures the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents
Explains the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payments to tenants.
Organizes campaign activities for the publicity of properties available for lease
Supervise in ensuring the proper documentation and storage od leasing files.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree.
At Least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
Experience Employees specializing in property/real estate or equivalent
