An international manufacturing company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Manager to join its dynamic team. The position, reporting to the Business Unit Head, will be overseeing the management and provides over all directions related to Human Resources functions such as Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee & Labor Relations, Occupational Safety, and Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, preferably with advanced studies
Ten (10) years experience in HR Management & Administration, at least 7 years of which are in managerial capacity
Well versed in Labor Code of the Philippines and statutory rules and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Can effectively deal with employees from all levels of the organization
