The 360 Companies is a fast-growing BPO/RPO company in need of a highly skilled SENIOR HR GENERALIST who can start immediately!
 
This role requires working onsite 11:00 pm to 8:00 am PH / 8am to 5pm US PST (Mon to Fri)
 
Job Description:
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, organize and conduct training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave requests, compensation/benefits and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Undertake tasks around performance management, employee discipline, and employee relations
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as attrition/turnover rates, etc
Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing engagement and team-building activities
Ensure compliance with PH labor regulations
Handle employee timekeeping, process payroll, and fulfill as well as process employee-related remittances, payments, and mandatory government benefits
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a senior HR Generalist or HR generalist supporting 100 to 200 employees preferably in the BPO industry
Able to work 100% Onsite for the duration of the contract
Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of PH employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and people skills
BS Psychology Graduate or relevant field
