You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset and enable business outcomes You thrive in teams, and enjoy getting things done together You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone We are looking for someone with: Graduate of BS Accountancy and has a CPA designation 5 yrs or more work experience preferably in the fields of Finance or Accounting A/P background FS reporting background (P&L background is a must, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow backgrounds are desirable) Good communication skills (i.e. comfortable talking to members of Sr. Management such as VPs, COOs including Offshore representatives) Intercompany accounting background is desirable Nice to Haves: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus. On the job you will: - Expense Audit Check, Validate and Approve Expense Report submitted taking into consideration the Global travel and expense policy and develop various audit rules to mitigate fraud -Responsible in conducting the audit for employee's travel and expense reimbursement and performing travel account reconciliations -Invoice Processing Review the reasonableness of the invoice, obtain approval if needed, prepare the CSV or PRF then submit to AP for payment -Review all invoices and AP payment request forms for completeness, accuracy and are in good order in accordance with the service level standards. -Prior to processing payments to the vendors, ensure that payments that are to be made are in compliance with various taxes, withholding taxes and regulatory requirements -Ensure that all invoice related corrections are processed prior to the A/P month-end they are reported in. -Ensure that all vendors payments/expenses recorded in the general ledgers are correct, complete & accurate. -Maintain vendors profile database accurately and completely. -Responsible in the preparation of various financial schedules and reporting requirements submitted to both internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulators -Supports the preparation and analysis of financial results against target and projection for management and business units (BUs) heads use in assessing operations and making business decisions to achieve the organization s goals and objectives Our commitment to you Our mission; to be a part of making Decisions Easier and Lives Better A leadership team dedicated to your growth and success A bold ambition and set of goals to be a leader in driving transformation in our industry Our best.
