-Performs analysis and simulations activities on equipment related quality issues.
-Works on EFARs and Internal issues in the line related to equipment.
-Interface and work with Process and QA personnel on matters related to equipment quality issues.
-Equipment Mapping and equipment downtime events/log analysis and risk assessment
-HOLD Lots support, including MRB discussion for the release of the affected lots.
-Supports preparation for audits related to safety, quality, and other customer audits.
-Supports Quality BPI implementation in Carmona site.
-Help in the implementation of Customer requirements (ex: critical alarms)
-Conducts Quality Meetings and Quality Reviews
-Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the equipment section heads and supervisors.
-Drive RCM program and activities
Qualifications
BS Degree in Engineering Course (Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical) or related course.
With at least 5 years of experience in Assembly Equipment (Wirebond, Diebond, Wafer Saw, Mold, and Trim and Form machines).
Knowledgeable in Assembly FOL and EOL Processes.
Knowledgeable in problem solving tools (7QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis and Fish Bone Analysis).
Intermediate knowledge in report writing specifically on Quality reports.
Six Sigma certification an added advantage.
Familiar with RCM activities.
Good communication skills/proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
Highly discipline and possess positive behavior.
