The successfully hired person will:
• Manage a team of individuals, taking care of end to end case management insurance transactions
• Responsible for site management and performance of all employees
• Manage the location while providing excellent customer service and meeting the goals and metrics of the unit
• Serve as the primary Client and Accenture contact for the unit
• Other responsibilities include Regular Operations Management, Reporting, Quality/Training,
• Team Performance Management, Performance Metrics, Mentoring and Special Projects
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience on handling Healthcare Account required
• Experience as an Operations Manager for at least five years preferably in BPO, outsourcing operations experience of at least three years
• Managerial experience of not less than 5 years and handled a team of not less than 50.
• Willing to be assigned on a Nightshift
• Work location: Cubao
