We are seeking an experienced Sr. Developer/Team Lead with strong skills in .NET development and a proven track record of successfully leading small development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for both coding work and overseeing a team of 4-5 developers. You will play a crucial role in developing new code, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
·Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery
 
·Develop high-quality code in .NET and related technologies, meeting project requirements and adhering to coding best practices
 
·Collaborate with stakeholders, such as product managers and business analysts, to understand project objectives, scope, and timelines
 
·Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of new team members, ensuring a strong team dynamic and technical competence
 
· Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, providing coaching and training opportunities.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability
 
· Provide technical guidance and solutions to junior developers, assisting in their professional development
 
·Collaborate with cross-functional roles, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases
 
·Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development, and recommend appropriate tools and frameworks
 
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
 
·5 -10+ years experience with enterprise .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
 
·Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
 
·Experience with enterprise and cloud-native development on Azure
 
·Proven experience in leading and managing small development teams.
 
·Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
 
·Expertise in code review processes and the ability to provide constructive feedback
 
·Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
 
·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
 
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
 
·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
 
·Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Reporting Relationship: The Sr. Developer/Team Lead will report directly to the Director of Technology.
