Summary:
The Technical Support Business and Reporting Analyst will report directly to the Technical Support Tower Lead and work closely with the Business Transformation Team. This role is responsible for understanding the different key performance indicators, performance trends and make business recommendations to improve quality and/or reduce costs. Assist the management team in day to day operations report generation, projects, documentation, and systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with department leadership and continuously provide data analytics that support strategic decision and business process improvement initiatives
Create and execute accurate, timely ad hoc reporting as requested by Manager and above.
Create customized tools and applications to handle the specific reporting needs of the business.
Actively monitor data trends and communicate issues, opportunities, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Other projects as assigned.
Responsible for ensuring that department understands and complies with quality standards and requirements as documented.
Perform data analytics and support performance management
Required Qualifications:
Advanced skills with Excel, Access, InfoPath, and MySQL
Comprehensive understanding of data sets, databases, data visualization
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication
5+ years of reporting and analytical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Contact Center Data and industry standards
Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
Experience with modeling outcomes from process improvement initiatives
Strong background in computer science and/or programming
Experience and comprehension of database management and administration
Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
Travel Required:
Up to 25%
