Position:
Senior Business Development Officer and Project Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
The Business Development Officer and Project Coordinator is directly responsible to improve the business's market position and achieve financial growth. Define long-term business strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Reports to:
Co-Executive Directors, Co-Founder & CEO of Technical Services
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development Officer:
· Execute sales strategies set by the Management
· Actively participate on a planning session
· Establish, improve and manage customer relationships that lead into orders and eventually revenue generations
· Tracking business opportunities
· Conducts sales call for internal and external meetings, preparation of documents and bids, estimates, proposal and contract for timely submission to clients.
· Monitor and probe competitor's activities and report all details to the Management to achieve the best strategy and decision.
· Gather market intelligence and report all details to the Management to achieve the best strategy and decision.
· Participate in the negotiations and submit recommendations from the feedback gathered.
· Make sure customer's expectations are met and communicated timely and professionally.
· Update status of pipeline, upcoming an on-going project
Project Coordinator:
· Complies with the proper channel all the concerns of our existing clients especially during project execution
· Bridge the gap between our Client and project team to purposely improve and build a professional relationship that leads to long term business.
· Attend client meeting regarding on progress of projects, prepares minutes of the meeting and attend concerns if needed.
· Compile technical drawings from Client.
· Organized events, coordinates concern/queries between clients and project team.
· Arrange document importation of parts and equipments
· Coordinate partners engineering in INDIA, JAPAN, CHINA, EUROPE and updates on the ongoing production of equipment's from manufacturer to Client.
· Monitor status of bid proposals, payment collection receivables
· Perform other task assigned by Co-Executive Directors and Co-Founder & CEO of Technical Services.

Education / Qualifications Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication's Engineering
· Must be capable in a high-technology environment and be able to thrive in a fast -paced corporate setting. Experience in Sales & Marketing environment is essential. Must have advanced MS Excel skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
· Strong team-management, interpersonal, supervisory and customer-oriented skills required.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
· Ability to be self-directed and solve problems required.
