Job Description

The team handles inbound calls for Motor Insured customers for a damaged caused to their cars during an accident or an event.
Deals directly with customers by telephone and transacts as outbound campaign may desire.
Qualifications

Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree): At least High school degree
Minimum Work Experience (in months/years): 1 year BPO experience
System working knowledge required: basic internet and web based applications
