Job Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Shared Services Accounts Payable Supervisor, the post holder will be required to ensure the effective processing of supplier invoices, resolution of accounts on hold and follow up of credit notes from supplier
Ensure processing all invoices for payment in a timely manner
Ensuring the accurate follow up of all invoice queries.
Logging all queries to the invoice tracker database.
Ensuring all accounts on hold are investigated and resolved.
Communicating with buyers on a regular basis.
Query resolution - ensuring appropriate sign off on paperwork is completed to clear invoices.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Requesting copies of invoices not received.
Ensuring accurate record keeping and filing of all invoices.
Raising documentation requirement for compliance with the standard operating procedures
Prepare ad hoc reports and analytics, as required, to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably Accounting or Financial management graduate
Experience on Invoice processing is preferred.
Good communications skills (Written and Verbal)
Knowledgeable in MS office applications (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Keen to details, responsible and flexible
