Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Purchase Order issuance to assigned commodity.
(Commodity reference & definition based on RTX taxonomy)
2. Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with Suppliers within assigned Commodity.
3. Monitor Open Orders BSP, Past Due and receiving grief.
4. Direct and manages PO expediting based on assigned commodity.
5. Ensure that products is deliver on time, meet standard at the right quality & at the right cost.
6. Data maintenance- System parameter (Vendor Set up/Bank details/Payment terms & other supplier information update)
7. Handle pre-payment request.
8. Invoice on -line (IOL) clean-up and other payment coordination with Accounts payable.
9. Open PO reconciliation with Suppliers and end users.
10. Coordination to Receiving in PO bookings/closure.
11. Handle and coordinates material non-conformance/RTV to suppliers and internal Dept.
12. Creation & present metrics weekly report /other report.
13. Communicate & lead meeting with the Suppliers.
14. Create analysis to come up projects, strategies & process improvement within the assigned commodity.
15. Able to understand & analyze quotations, proposal & INCOTERMS.
16. Delegation of Authority based on Interiors Matrix.
17. May perform delivery assurance responsibilities.
18. Responsible to provide on time respond to internal customer & Suppliers.
19. Manage PPV (purchase price variance) in PO released. (new SRF creation as reference)
20. Responsible for PO compliance & documentation.
21. Conduct Cost reduction activities to achieve yearly target savings & payment terms negotiation.
22. Perform other duties that may assign by the Supervisor.
