Our client is an Australian leader in providing solutions handling a large number of customer interactions primarily with their cloud-based contact centre platform.
As part of the development team, you will be required to support and participate in development projects and contribute to the evolution of the contact centre platform.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Research, test, build and coordinate the implementation of web apps
Produce project schedules and plans
Produce functional and fully documented programs
Provide input to the development of system specifications and designs
Prepare deliverables that support the development and deployment of software.
Assist with validation testing to ensure technical and customer requirements are met
Requirements
Minimum 5 years programming experience
Must have 2-3 years experience with common JavaScript frameworks and libraries, ie Angular JS, React, Vue, JQuery
Proven experience with GIT workflows and CI/CD development methodologies
Good level of written and spoken English
A high degree of analytical skill
High attention to detail
Desire to learn and remain up-to-date with the latest software technology developments and best practices
Preferred knowledge will help you get shortlisted:
SIP/VOIP technologies
Security concepts (OWASP, PCI DSS)
Experience with container deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
Modern UX/UI design principles
