Job Description:
 
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Finance at OP360, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights to improve financial performance. You will work closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and models that inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and business intelligence tools will be instrumental in this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Financial Modeling:
Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with finance teams to refine financial models and assumptions.
KPI Development and Monitoring:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and monitor them regularly.
Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize financial processes.
Financial Insights:
Provide valuable insights into financial data, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Support the finance team in making data-driven decisions related to budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
Data Quality and Governance:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data governance standards.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain data quality and resolve data-related issues.
Ad Hoc Analysis:
Respond to ad hoc requests for financial analysis and reporting from internal stakeholders.
Conduct special projects and investigations as required.
Tool Utilization:
Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
Stay current with industry best practices in BI and finance analytics.
