MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for a Sr. Admin Accountant who will be responsible for General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Reconciliation.
The successful candidate will be working for our client who is a market leader in ownership and operation of motorcycle dealerships and retail accessories outlets engaging in the sale of new motorcycles, used motorcycles, accessories and parts, finance, insurance and warranty as well as service and repair with centers in Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
Your main responsibilities:
•Assists the accounting team with day to day tasks.
•Maintain digital and physical financial records.
•Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
•Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
•Reconciling bank statements.
•Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
•Comply with the financial policies and regulations
To be successful:
•A degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or any related filed
•At least 5 years work experience in the Accounting field is required for this position
•Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
•Solid experience with General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
•Skillful with Accounts Reconciliation
•Experience with an Accounting Software
•Leadership skills
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•Excellent English communication skills
