Background:
We are looking for a full-time Staff Accountant. We are looking for an individual who has excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and is a team player willing to work in all areas of the department from accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, sales tax, account analysis, and special projects. We have a small team, so we need someone motivated to help in all areas of Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Generate AR invoices
Process AP invoices
Prepare bank deposits
Prepare and submit sales tax returns
Manage vendor payments
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Month end journal entries
Month end reconciliations
Preparation of monthly financial statements & analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3+ Years Accounting Experience
Sales Tax Experience
NetSuite experience a plus
At least 3+ years of BPO experience
CPA is preferred
