We are in need of someone with MS SQL working knowledge (Database Administration and Management) who can start right away.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise of MS SQL Servers.
Background in SQL Server Reporting Services, Stored Procedures and Problem Management.
Expert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions
Ability to lead/mentor Jr. DBAs on projects.
Can start immediately (within the month).
General Roles and Responsibilities:
Mid-level DBA to support with problem management, reporting and troubleshooting.
Ensure efficiency and operational performance of SQL Server Infrastructure and databases.
Setup high-availability and disaster-recovery for all databases.
Perform over-all maintenance for databases: Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Patching, Replication, Mirroring, Log shipping, Fail-over clustering, Back-up, Restore and Recovery.
