Responsibilities
Will be part of a leverage team providing DBA support to a customer's applications hosted in SQL database in Azure cloud and/or on-prem. Support includes ITIL processes, such as:
- incident handling/resolution
- request fulfillment
- problem management (RCA and permanent fix)
