Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that all products delivered from a supplier are in compliance with manufacturing specifications and company standards.
- Responsible for managing supplier program for manufacturing, packaging and other operational processes, as well as ensuring that quality programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work in manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management to assess quality and ensure all products are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and government standards.
- Securing supplies and parts for the assembly line, reviewing engineering and manufacturing process and leads for the implementation and process improvements of customer inspection criteria
- Driving supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement
- Providing leadership and management for the supplier quality department
- Overseeing supplier quality team and establishing quality department
- Ensuring the Supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements
- Performing quality system audits
- Maintaining supplier quality records
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Promoting initiatives to improve quality
- Will Provide an on-going series of total quality improvement tools and training. Areas of Focus will include quality leadership, team based problem solving, statically experiments and process control techniques, reliability, methodologies cost of quality and continuous process improvement. Technical support to production.
- Coordinate with other departments for improvement of quality and process
- Provides various reports/checklist needed by the management in regards of quality standards.
- Must be well versed in the latest Quality assurance techniques and ability to develop and implemental tactical strategies plans to drive step function improvement in quality and consistency.
Job Qualifications
- Male
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Course or any Related Engineering Course
- Knowledgeable in Metal Stamping Industry
- with at least 1-2 Years experience as SQE
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Languages: English and Tagalog
- Can Design fixture and JIGs for Improvement
- Can use measuring instruments such as Caliper, Micrometer and Height gauge etc..
- Can Create Engineering Documents such as BOM, Work Instruction Flowchart and have experience on Technical Matters
- Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills both in oral and written
