Job Description
Role Purpose
The spoke professional plays a crucial role in maintaining, developing, and coordinating patient care services within a spoke-and-hub model of healthcare delivery..
The individual serves as an important link between primary healthcare providers in spokes clinics and the larger, more-equipped hospitals & specialized institutions .
The professional will be responsible for oversee the management of patient cases in spoke locations. They ensure patients receive essential healthcare services, either by facilitating the services within the spoke clinics itself or by bridging the gap between these clinics and specialized healthcare centres.
These specialists can be involved in the education and training of healthcare professionals at the spoke clinics. This can range from sharing updates on medical advancements, new protocols, and driving the implementation of innovative care models.
The individual works very closely with the rest of the sector and formulates requirements and expectations on assets, equipment, and technical solutions. The individual will actively liaise with other relevant sectors during the development stage of masterplans and asset design projects.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Support in the development and delivery of the division strategy through hypothesis development, scenario testing, feasibility studies and related tasks
Developing strategies to ensure the continuity of critical operations during and after a disaster. This may involve creating business continuity plans, establishing backup systems, and identifying alternative locations or methods to carry out essential activities
Contribute to preparation of reports and presentations in the annual planning and budgeting cycle
As part of the team
analyse and forecast health and wellbeing demands and translate into high level requirements on assets, equipment, and digital infrastructure.
Reassess and adjust targets and implementation plans accordingly to new and/or changed master plans
Support in development of structures and processes for monitoring of projects and activities
Independently lead and deliver assigned activities and projects
Oversee compliance and risk management operations identifying potential risks and outlining mitigation strategies, whilst complying with industry regulations and laws.
Provide periodic reports regarding project progress, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans
Actively take part of and contribute to workshops and activities related to asset, equipment and digital infrastructure development
Contribute to development of scope of work documents
Support in internal and external communications activities
Actively participate in sector and cross sector meetings and initiate meeting structures for effective interaction with stakeholders related to assignments
Manage stakeholders feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans
Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments
Lead by example, supervise and coach team members and colleagues to perform at their best
Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM's values

Qualifications / Requirements
3-7 years of experience in health & wellness industry.
Min 2 years of experience in rural areas.
Min 2 Years Experience Within Primary Healthcare Setting
Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or a related field
Master's degree in health administration or health related topics is beneficial
Certificate in management is beneficial
