JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform splicing of fiber optic cable, both fusion and mechanical, to include terminating various types of connectors.
Install and test pressurized and non-pressurized enclosures.
Install and dress fiber optic cables, both vertically and horizontally.
Test and troubleshoot fiber by utilizing an OTDR.
Proficient in using fiber tools and fiber optic test equipment including traffic meters, fusion splicer, power meter, VFL and OTDR. (Test and troubleshoot fiber by utilizing an OTDR.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool Graduate/Vocational Diploma
Knowledgeable about Splicing
With at least 2 years of experience in Fiber Termination, Fusion Splicing and Test in an ISP OSP.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Elementary school
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): Tagalog
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: No
