Education/Qualification
Graduate of at least 2 year or 3 year vocational or technical course; or completed second year college
Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares spice mixes based on current spice formulation and in accordance to the standard operating procedures. Calculates/counts how much raw materials to mix based on formulation.
Informs supervisor about the raw material requirements to facilitate withdrawal of items from warehouse.
Labels spice mixes properly, with correct spice codes.
Ensures that all spice mixes have corresponding Allergen Tags & Weight Monitoring Checksheets for Restricted Ingredients.
Arranges spice mix / finished goods in pallets and stores them in designated area/s
