Education/Qualification
Graduate of at least 2 year vocational or technical course or completed second year college
Duties and Responsibilities
Weighs spice ingredients or raw materials according to desired measurement
Calculates/counts how much raw materials to mix based on formulation.
Withdraws ingredients and raw materials.
Arranges spice mix / finished goods in pallets using hand pallet truck.
Manually mixes spice ingredients or operates blender machine based on current formulation and in accordance with the standard operating procedures. Ensures that no contaminant is mixed or introduced during preparation of spice mixes.
Informs his supervisor of the raw material requirements to facilitate withdrawal of items from warehouse.
Labels spice mixes with correct spice codes.
Ensures that spice mixes have corresponding Allergen Tags & Weight Monitoring Checksheet for Restricted Ingredients.
