SPED TEACHER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
RCCLC is looking for self-motivated and well-rounded SPED Teachers to join our team of educators for Academic Year 2024-2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design a comprehensive and flexible Individualized Education Program for the students.
Collaborate with students, parents, and other members of staff to develop IEP.
Conduct a Once-a-week virtual meeting schedule with the parents or shadow teachers to ensure that modules are implemented correctly.
Prepare and provide periodic Progress Reports and Report Cards.
Attend quarterly parent-teacher conferences.
Prepare scheduled assignments, quizzes, projects, performance tasks, and periodic assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
With a Bachelor's Degree in SPECIAL EDUCATION
With a minimum of 1 - 2 years of teaching experience.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized and excellent leadership abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Outstanding knowledge of teaching methods and educational procedures.
