Job description:
• Prepare specifications for projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Convert floor plan BQ, ironmongery schedule, technical specs and hardware set.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and proposal submission dateline.
• Track and compile project weekly in project tracking list.
• Any other advocacy tasks relevant to services to be carried out.
Basic qualification
• Background on quantity surveying is preferred.
• Able to understand floor plans and translate it to schedules.
• Prior experience of the same capacity is preferred.
• Preferably an Architecture, Engineering graduate or equivalent.
