Description: Responsible for ensuring delivery of optimal training approaches and respective training solutions for GBS processes and their related computer systems. The scope of training services may consist of creation, maintenance and archiving of training materials as well as conducting of trainings. The chosen candidate will be mostly responsible to support digital transformation of training solutions using the SAP Enable Now application. Duties and Responsiblities: Ensure timely delivery of optimal solutions by creating engaging learning activities, compelling course content presentations, easy-to-read short instructions, knowledge repositories, interactive videos or picture stories. Includes conceptualization of content and visual enhancements. Provide consultancy on latest tools and trends in the learning domain and on the training approach to be followed, so as to deliver optimal training solutions that meet the training requirements. Efficiently manages and prioritizes tasks to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements. Act as point of contact for any trainings and business services related tasks, esp. activities related to SAP Enable Now tool. Participate and conduct regular alignment meetings with all involved stakeholders (e.g. Enabling Services team, business process expert, and key/end users). Works according to general and specific support dossiers, system specific support dossiers, desktop procedures, etc. Description Experience in using SAP Enable Now tool as author is a must In-depth knowledge of learning theories, practice and instructional design models Knowledge of multimedia development activities such as web designing is good to have, utilization of standard tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop or Illustrator to create eLearning solutions, Power Point Presentations, graphics and videos.
