Qualifications:
Must have prior US payroll (admin, audit, payroll processes) and customer service experience
Can troubleshoot any payroll-related customer inquiries
Great communication skills
Above average MS Excel skills
Responsibilities:
Help support a new, customer-centric embedded payroll solutions for professionals
Guide customers through an onboarding journey and ensure that they're confident with the process afterwards
Respond to payroll support inquiries, triage cases, and drive towards successful resolutions
What we offer:
Onsite role with the possibility of WFH (after meeting qualifiers/metrics)
Work schedules between 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM P.S.T., WEEKENDS OFF!
