Job Description
This role will help mobilize internal teams to deliver innovative solutions, including operating models, value cases, and roadmaps. Will be responsible for building positive relationships with internal teams, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations for process improvement, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared success. Should have a passion for working with cross functional teams to activate new ways of working to enable the prototyping, piloting, and scaling of new solutions and services. Will be expected to deliver with the highest quality but also should be open to experiment and learn in the process.

Conducting research to identify new technologies or business trends that could impact the organization
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new solutions/services that meet customers needs
Collaborate and create end to end process maps for identified process, and share opportunity areas for improvements
Assisting with developing prototypes to test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the organization
Assisting with developing strategic plans for new product launches or marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals
