You'll be working alongside special education teachers, supporting learners with unique needs in and out of the classroom.
What You'll Do:
Teach a class by creating daily lessons and activities.
Manage classroom behavior patiently and positively.
Provide one-on-one assistance or work with small groups.
Collaborate with the team to ensure that each learner's needs are met.
Deliver personalized support through individualized instruction and small group interactions.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with a background in Special Needs Education or in Early Intervention
Patient, kind, and genuinely interested in working with learners with special needs
Able to follow directions and work closely with the lead teacher
LET passers and SPED-trained applicants are a big plus
Must be open to training and growth
