Special Channels Activation Associate
What this position is about - Purpose:
You will be responsible to execute the department's strategies on the field by managing especially the customers.
The position will be based in Istanbul and will be reporting to Special Channels Activation Manager.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the customers and orchestrate the field team for world-class executions
Responsible for executing strictly within the legal requirements & playground in all levels of the business
Responsible for managing and growing the necessary relationships to help our business to grow further
Responsible for running routine field visits according to plan
Responsible for managing the agreement process as a first person of contact
Responsible for field visits to spot opportunities to grow our business
Responsible for making routine reporting on time and in full
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration or equivalent departments
1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Must have valid driver's license, good driving skills
Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within his/her region and work according to flexible working hours in line with the business needs (evenings and weekends)
