Reporting to the SAP Supervisor, under the Special Accounts Portfolio Division, the successful candidate is expected to carry out the administration of plans and programs related to the company's end-to-end service delivery for and relationship building with customers under the Special Account Portfolio, including but not limited to the facilitation of contracting for services required by the Grid, in line with the Customers' access to the transmission network through service agreements and provision of grid user/customer's right to benefit from quality services through regulated services. To support the overall implementation of the Open Access Transmission Service (OATS) Rules, as well as the formulation and implementation of marketing policies and programs for revenue creation and generation. To coordinate the negotiation and administration of technical and legal agreements to preserve NGCP's interest in its non-core business and requests for relocation of assets and cable crossings.
1. CONTRACT NEGOTIATION, MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Negotiates and administers contracts with Customers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, while upholding the interest of NGCP in its role as Transmission Owner and Service Provider.
2. SERVICE APPLICATION OF CUSTOMERS
Ensures all applications in the Online Transmission Service Application (OTCA) and outside OTCA are in compliance with NGCP requirements.
3. FACILITATION OF ASSET ACQUISITION AND TURN-OVER
Ensures the efficient acquisition and turn-over of reclassified transmission assets while upholding company interests in the undertaking
4. REGULATORY AND FINANCIAL COMPLIANCES OF CUSTOMERS
Facilitates customer's compliance with the technical and commercial requirements of the Open Access Transmission Services (OATS) Rules and Philippine Grid Code and meeting of financial obligations of customers with NGCP.
5. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE
Complies with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Applicable PRC License or RA 1080
2 years relevant experience, preferably in the Electric Industry
Proficient in written and oral communications
Adequate negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
