For a Project in Greece we are looking for an Spec I, Material Mgmt (Lead Receiving Technician) to join our team. In this position you will provide the essential project support, including but not limited to, the points listed below.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:
. Enter storage locations of received material into the approved material management reference system and make changes to locations as required
. Initiate a Material Shipping Report for outbound items being returned
. Prepare materials for staging (bag & tag) to support construction planning schedules
. Prepare substitute packing lists and sub items when required
. Process Material Receiving Reports, Overages, Shortages, and Damages (OSD) reports, and Field Material Requisitions in the approved material management reference system
. Issue pick tickets by Bill of Material, mark piece number, Material Shipping Record, or Transfer of Materials
. Maintain Material Certificates
. Maintain files - Receiving and Issuing
Basic Job Requirements
. Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and no required years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years
. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
. Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
. Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
. Well-developed communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
. Preferred candidates live in Greece/Speak Greek
