Qualifications
1. Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
2. Can understand machine diagram and other technical or mechanical terms.
3. Computer Literate; Knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel.
4. Good managerial and basic mathematical skills.
5. Team-player, results-oriented and highly motivated.
6. Ability to listen and relay information properly.
Essential Function
1. Ensures the completeness / cleanliness of the spare parts room.
2. Maintains the availability of the spare parts and consumables by coordinating with maintenance to prevent over stock of unnecessary spare parts.
3. Assists Maintenance Personnel and Fabricators for the needed parts to be purchased and for replacement.
4. Ensures proper handling of spare parts and consumables.
5. Maintains an orderly system on handling inventories under accountability.
6. Submits information regarding fast and slow moving spare parts as well as Inventory Accuracy, Variances and other audit results to Engineering Head.
7. Account all issued tools to the Production and Engineering Department
