Minimum Job Requirements:·
Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering;·
A minimum of five years (5) years supervisory or managerial work experience in Spareparts sales (wholesale and retail)·
Relevant Experience in managing, ordering and selling motorcycle spare parts.
Well versed in inventory management, supply chain logistics & overall stock maintenance.·
Willing to be assigned in Koronadal City;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: ·
Retail/Wholesale sales or mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or similar related industries and the commitment to continually develop knowledge·
Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long range goal.· Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership's customers.·
Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling of work assignments;·
Proficient in MS applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;·
Strong organizational skills, which relates to the prioritizing of workloads and showing a high level of resilience and calmness under work pressure;·
Possesses good interpersonal skills and can harmoniously work with management and employees;·
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written form; and·
Demonstrate a high level of integrity to be able to adhere to regulations and its total compliance.
