Job Description
The Spare Parts Inventory Analyst is responsible for the proper recording, storage and inventory accounting of Spare Parts and other plant maintenance supplies.
Receiving Management
1. Ensures that received spares parts from supplier are of exact quantity and right quality as stated in the delivery document.
2. Ensures proper handling and storage of spares parts with drawn from warehouse.
3. Do system receiving and transaction upon recon of documents from requisition slip
Storage Management
1. Determines storage area and monitors warehouse capacity and allocation with the help of Maintenance or Engineering Team
2. Performs item condition check of all Spares Parts per defined criteria to ensure proper arrangement, storage and preservation of all inventory items .
3. Ensures that spares parts storage complies with requirements set by 5S/GMP and company standards.
4. Supervises the agency team if they are working properly if there is/are such
Inventory Management
1. Conducts cycle count of all Spares Parts stored in the warehouse with Maintenance and Engineering
2. Ensures that Spares Parts inventory count reconciles with accounting perpetual count.
3. Prepares and submits daily and monthly spares parts inventory reports for management's information.
4. Ensures that all Spares Parts movements in the warehouse are properly documented.
5. Monitors and submits regular report on Spares Parts aging. Near to expire product should be reported immediately. Or fast or slow moving
6. Monitors Spares Parts movement and reports to Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager for FIFO non-compliance.
7. Prepares report on weekly inventory on-hand of satellite warehouses if there is/are such
8. Monitor Spares Parts System and Actual
Qualifications
-Any Bachelor of Science degree. Preferably in Accounting, BS Industrial / Management Engineering
At least 1 to 2 years experience in accounting and warehousing in a plant or manufacturing company
