RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take calls from our Spanish speaking clients
Handle live chat and email inquiries
Responsible for delivering high quality and efficient support while maintaining professionalism
Adhere to schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
Some College preferred
Highly proficient in Spanish language - written and verbal Ability to work independently or on a team
Excellent communication and phone skills
Strong attention to detail
Can start ASAP
Willing to work on shifting schedules including night shift
Some experience preferred in a Customer Service / BPO setting
Ability to multitask
Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
Can work from home or home based
