To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Fluent English and Spanish (writing, reading and speaking) skills
• Legal secretarial work experience (migration agency experience preferred)
• Experience using Microsoft office programs and one drive
• Bookkeeping experience (a PLUS!)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good writing skills
• Good use of social media (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
