Requirements:
Open for Filipino National who is fluent in Spanish Language
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a plus
Willing to work in Pampanga
Responsibilities:
Assist users in logging in and updating of accounts
Assist technical related inquiries and concerns
Escalate technical issue to Tier 3
Give instructions to users on how to use the system
