Salary: $12-$15 per hour

Responsibilities:
Must answer calls and avoid them going to voicemail (will not work if you have a current day job that requires much of your time and/or unable to answer your cell phone)
Have proficiency in scheduling appointments via a web based electronic medical records system. Current system used is Practice Fusion.
Be enthusiastic, accepting and embrace complementary - you are the first impression to the practice so this is a must
Have knowledge of using Google Drive (Docs & Sheets)
Be able to send emails to patients and vendors, as needed; knowledge of GMASS is a plus
Handle marketing campaigns for social media marketing
Have great customer service
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful
