We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Cebu. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in the BPO industry. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive experience for our Spanish- and English-speaking customers.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in both Spanish and English.
Assist customers with product/service inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/customer service experience.
Must be currently residing in Cebu and willing to work onsite.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications.
